Eligibility for Exchange

Every Luxe Modus customer is eligible for exchanges with no conditions attached.

Exchange Period

You may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within the 7-day exchange period by emailing us at luxemodus.pk@gmail.com or calling our number ( 0326-4911207 ) . Provide your order number and the details of the product you wish to exchange.

  2. Prepare the Product: Ensure that the product you wish to exchange is in its original condition, including all packaging and tags. Include a note with your Order number, the reason for exchange, and the details of the new product you'd like in exchange (size, color, style).

  3. Shipping the Product: Pack the product securely, attach the order number, and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Luxe Modus.

  4. Processing: Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will process the exchange based on your instructions. If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we will send you a replacement product of the same size, color, and style at no additional cost. If the exchange is for a different size, color, or style, we will ship the new product to you once we receive the returned item but with an addition shipping charges this time. 

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not comply with our exchange policy.
  • Products must be in their original condition, including all packaging and tags, for an exchange to be accepted.
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
  • Exchanges for a different size, color, or style are subject to product availability.

Please allow adequate time for the processing of exchanges. We aim to complete the process as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
