Shipping Policy
IMPORTANT POINTS
- Our warehouse in Lahore serves as our primary point of delivery for all orders.
- Orders placed and confirmed via Call/SMS/WhatsApp before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed/confirmed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day. Exceptions applicable
- If you fail to receive the product owing to the lack of cooperation of the customer (wrong shipping address, absent receiver, not receiving calls,) the advance received will not be refunded.

In the event that a customer fails to receive a COD parcel after multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to implement the following measures:

Suspension of Future COD Orders: Any future orders placed with Cash on Delivery option will be suspended for customers who have failed to receive previous COD parcels.

Advance Payment Requirement: To resume placing orders with Luxe Modus, the customer must pay the total order amount in advance via Bank Transfer/Card Patment.

Failed Delivery
The package will be returned to the sender (Luxe Modus) at the expense of the customer if delivery to the specified shipping address is not possible owing to the lack of cooperation of the customer (wrong shipping address, absent receiver, not receiving calls, etc.). The cost will be deducted from the total of the purchase to be refunded and includes the cost of shipping as well as any duties and taxes the shipment may have accrued.
Items not received but tracking shows delivered
Please be aware that after an item is marked as delivered by the courier, we cannot issue a refund or replace it. For this reason, we always recommend that you have products delivered to a secure location.
